The product
Sovereign AI Cloud is a commercial platform for AI inference on open-weight models: dedicated instances for enterprises, an OpenAI-compatible API format for developers, a cabinet for organisations. It exists because businesses in the European Union need an inference provider whose jurisdiction, infrastructure and data handling they can verify — not merely trust. No OpenAI services are involved.
The owner
The platform is a product of MEDIA HOLDING INTELLIGENCE ECOSYSTEM — the group founded by Pavel Fjodorov in Tallinn, Estonia, which builds AI products, automation platforms and digital infrastructure as one system. Sovereign AI Cloud is not an independent company and not a separate brand.

The names
Sovereign AI Cloud is the commercial platform. Sovereign AI Machine is its execution component. Sovereign AI is the inference provider underneath both. All three belong to Media Holding; none is a company of its own. Qwen, Gemma and llama.cpp are the names of their developers' work and are used only to identify what is served.
How this site speaks

- **Every number has a date and a method.** Cloud numbers are projected until measured, and the page says so.
