1. This site sets no cookies

The public site sovereignai.mediaholding.tech — every page you can reach without signing in, including the documentation and the status page — sets no cookies, loads no third-party script, font or pixel, and runs no analytics. There is nothing to consent to, and so there is no consent banner.

2. Your language choice

When you change the language of the site, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and session storage (keys beginning with mediaHolding.), so that the site and the other sites of the Media Holding group can open in your language next time. This is not a cookie: it is never sent to a server, it identifies no one, and it exists only because you asked for a language. You remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.

3. The customer cabinet

The cabinet (the pages under /cloud/, which require a sign-in) sets one session cookie to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service you asked for and is therefore exempt from the consent requirement of Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC as transposed in Estonian law. Its properties: HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax; it holds a signed session identifier and no personal data; it is deleted when you sign out and expires after a period of inactivity stated in the cabinet. No other cookie is set by the cabinet.

4. Payment pages

When you pay, you are taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Those pages are operated by Stripe under its own cookie policy; we set nothing there.

5. Changes

If the site or the cabinet ever needs another cookie, this notice is updated before it is set, and where consent is required it is asked for first — never pre-ticked.
